3.3 Updating Information

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

dv222 supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh, namely: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 10x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn. That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per account, per household, per device, or per IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement.

6 Gaming Rules

• Direction from a law enforcement agency or court order.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may contact our support team at any time via 24/7 live chat to close your account. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any existing balance before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

If there is no login or transaction for 12 months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, however you will be notified by email before the balance reaches zero.
